About this Blog
I began my sourdough journey about 5 years ago.  I had successes and some mishaps.  It wasn't as hard as I thought it might be.  Many of my friends and neighbors have wanted to try their hand at sourdough baking and have asked for tips and tricks from me.  Those experiences gave me the idea to start a blog and share what I have learned, tools that I use and many sites and products that have made my journey easier.  Baking is a passion of mine, sourdough was the next step for me and I haven't looked back!
